Ordering online within Ottawa

Please note that we offer the option of picking up your online order at either our Dalhousie location in the Byward Market or at Victoire Boutique in Wellington Village - this option is free of charge. If neither location is convenient for you, please email us to see if other arrangements can be made.

Shipping in North America

Thank you for stopping by Goods! If you choose to place an order with us we will process it for you as quickly and carefully as possible.  If there is a specific date you need your item by, or any special instructions please be sure to email us at info@goods-shop.ca or to leave a note in your order form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order is filled from our Ottawa shop, we will email you a notification and provide you with a tracking number from Canada Post. 

If you choose to pick up your item at either of our Ottawa locations, we will email you when they are ready.

For orders shipping within Canada: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and ask that you allow up to 4 days for the shipment to arrive. If you need the items mailed sooner, please don't hesitate to let us know and we can do our best to accommodate.

For order shipping to the USA: Orders over $50 are eligible for $10 shipping, orders under $50 will cost $25 in shipping. We try to get parcels out as fast as possible, but please allow up to one week for delivery 

Orders outside of North America

We are not able to ship outside of North America at this time but are working towards being able to.

In-Store Returns

We happily accept returns within two weeks of the date of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Items must be in their original condition with any packaging that accompanied them.  

Shipping a Return 

We happily accept returns for store credit or exchange within two weeks of the delivery date.  Items returned to us must be in their original condition with any packaging that accompanied them. 

If you are returning an item, please contact us at info@goods-shop.ca for instructions on what to do. Any shipping fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Currency 

Items are all listed in Canadian currency and are processed in Canadian currency. The exchange will occur via your method of payment once the transaction is complete.
